60 minutes strollerise
10 minutes weight lifting
30 minutes walking at school doing errands for teachers

breakfast: generic raisan bran wiht skim milk
snack: granola bar
lunch:domino's pizza left over
snack: yogart
dinner: potato soup, lettuce and cucumber salad with dressing, toast with butter and garlic powder
