three 16 oz w ater bottles

snack: medatterain salad with cheese cruttons and peanuts

lays stax potatos sour cream and onion

snack: peanuts and cranberries
slice of cooked ham, chocolate milk

dinner: 2 crunchy tacos from taco bell with 8 oz of coke
