40 minute run

20 min weight lifting

20 minute walk home

4 hours cleaning

yesterday's menu:

breakfast cereals with skim milk and cheese toast

snack: peanuts with cranberries with yogart

lunch: scandavain goloush

snack: ice cream breyers snickers, peanut butter and jelly sandwhich with chips and water

dinner: domino's pizza hawaiin and mushroom/olives
