Tuesday Daily Minute or Calorie Thread

5 minute warm up /cool down
25.03 minute run on tread mill for 1.77 miles on speed 4.0-4.5 and high hill intervals
15 minutes Will Gold's Gym Cardio workout

**just found out from a personal trainer that doing intervals on the tread mill burns more calories even after your finish than when just run flat through out the day. apparently, they have been doing some serious scientific studies on it lately! **** It made my day to know that I make my body continue burning calories after the fact I stop working out.
