Monday Daily Minutes or Calories Thread

here are my minutes,

5 minutes warm up/cool down
23.00 minutes on tread mill on high hills interval speed 4.0-4.2 pulled a muscle in my back, had to take it easy today.

Change in listed menu..thanks to dh not listening to me a few weeks ago..he didn't budget for all the first of the month bills, our grocery budget was literary cut in half.
