Thursday Daily minutes or Calorie

Okay, I slept late this morning. My migrane and allergies had me in the bed early last night. I will post minutes later.

5 minutes warmup/cool down for run
25.05 minutes for 1.75 miles on the tread mill on high hill intervals speed 4.0-4.4
12 minutes for the Gold's Gym Cardio Workout
