30 min run 2.75 mins..I went up .25 of a min..whoot whoot

cereal with skim milk
8 oz coke zero
seedless grapes
2 mcdoubles from mcdondalds
8 oz of coke zero
64 oz of water with gatorade added
salad pizza, cantalope 4 oz of coke zero
