Monday day 11

25 mins lifting weight

breakast: cereal with skim milk 4 oz of coke
snack: kettle cooked black pepper chips
lunch: black bean tacos with 8 oz of coke zero
snack: the last of the overload brownie ice cream
dinner: spaghetti with meat sauce

Psst, always add extra meat most sauces that say they have a "meat sauce" don't. Even my dh didn't like it this time.
