lunch: scandavian goulish with chocolate milk
snack: dorritos and chocolate
dinner: grilled cheese sandwich with chips
water

minutes:
6 hours of cleaning mb& mb
Yesterday Saturday:
25 minute run
12 minutes lifting weights

calories:
staburck chai tea latte with peppermint and whip
16 oz of coke
water
pb & J sandwiches with chips
mcdonalds mcdonald 1 3/4

Sunday:

coke 12 oz
water lemon
hamsandwiches-3
starbucks chai tea latte with banana nut muffins
water water and more water

minutes 2 1/2 hours at a birthday party
