Wednesday Recipe Thread

This is always fun...
Remy's Macroni & Cheese from the disney cookbook

1 lb elbow macroni, cooked according to package directions
butter for greasing the dish
3 cups half & half or whole milk
12 to 18 slices of american or cheddar cheese
12 ritz crackers
salt & pepper & paprika to taste

Heat the oven to 350 degrees & grease 13 x9 baking pan or large cassarole dish

Spoon a third of the cooked macroni into the pan, then pour in 1 cup of half & half or milk, & cover everything with 4 to 6 slices of the cheese. Add to more layers of pasta, half & half or milk, & cheese.

Place the crackers in a ziplock baggie and crush. Add salt and pepper, an papricka then sprinkle the crumbs on top of the past & cheese. Bake until bubbly, about 35 to 45 minutes, Makes 6 to 8 servings.
