Thursday Daily minutes or Calorie

After receiving my usual lecture from my DH, I got my run in today without kids to interfere with my concretation. Yes, concretation is a need to obtain the rythm of a run that is this is not a scorpions song people though they do have good rythm to run too!

5 minute warm up
20 minute run on a tread mill speed 4.0-4.3 high hill interval 1.38 miles
25 minutes
