Okay here is a sample of what our menu looked like this week.
Breakfast: dry cereal with milk, oatmeal
Lunch: Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwhiches with chips, and left overs from dinner lentils sauce and pasta trees and dirt.
Dinner:Potato soup with spinach salad, chicken catchatory left overs (frozen for later months), lentil and ground beef sauce with brown rice, pasta trees and dirt (ground turkey), and sandwhiches.
Snacks: crackers, bing cherries, green seedless grapes, chips, applesauce with raisans and left over blueberries, vegetables and dip
Drink: green tea (diet), sweet tea decaf, kool-aide, water
