Boy, I'm already tired..no joke
Breakfast: 2 pieces of cheese toast 8 oz of coke zero..too hot for coffee y'all.
32 oz of water w/gatorade added to it
snack:grapes
lunch:tontinos pizza with 8 oz of coke zero
dinner: 2 turkey sandwiches wiht alpha sprouts, pickles, tomatos, and mustard on whole wheat bread.
Exerise:
30 minute run on tred mill for 2.50 mis
