lunch: 2 turkey sandwiches with dorittos with coke 3 4oz
snack: cheese sticks
dinner: egg whites and pancakes and chocolate milk
thyme, basil, rosemary, sage tea
*note, I am allergic to eggs. I am trying to find a way to eat eggs again.
