Tuesday Daily Minute or Calorie Thread

usually I am just coming in a from a run but I over did it doing the duck work out in the wii cardio program. So, I am trying to stretch out before going for a run this morning.

22.oo minute run on a tread mill speed 4.1-4.4 high hills intervals. Cut back due to soarness
